The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the terrace
Breakfast was a bit disorganised because the room was badly laid out. Not a problem but more information could be given about how to access the hotel from the street

Et fantastisk hotell midt i sentrum med havutsikt i 10 etasje og utsyn over Palermo. Nytt fra januar 2026, rent og store luftige rom med aircondition. Fin bar med gode viner og hyggelige ansatte.
Alt ok. Fikk også tips om parkering og fant en fin og trygg garasje med hotellets hjelp

Emplacement idéal, en plein centre de Palerme, à 3minutes du théatre Massimo.
Isolation phonique extérieure au top (nous avions une chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue)
Personnel agréable.
Accès à l'hotel par 2 ascenseurs "anémiés" d'un autre âge.
La chambre (105) a juste une minuscule fenêtre permettant de voir à l'extérieur... il y a bien une baie vitrée, mais à 3m de haut...
par de rideaux à l'une des vitres situées à 3m de haut. Donc il fait jour dès que le soleil se lève (à 6h30 en cette période). C'est extrêmement désagréable.
De très fortes odeur de canalisations en provenance de la salle de bain, dont la ventilation ne fonctionne que quand la lumière est allumée.
Qualité des produits du petit déjeuner largement perfectible.
Tout ça ne correspond pas au tarif pratiqué.
