The location was good and the breakfast was excellent. Housekeeping made the bed every day, but the towels weren’t replaced with new ones.

We were upgraded from the double room to the suite which was nice

Bargain hotel in a great location a short walk from the historic centre. Clean & comfortable spacious rooms, a nice bright lobby and helpful staff. Breakfast isn't great, but that's about the only knock. Great location for lots of nearby restaurants, so not a major issue.

Very nice hotel with a good location. The staff was really helpful as I needed a transfer to the airport with short notice because of the situation with Etna eruption in Catania.
Can definitely consider myself living there again if I go back to Palermo.
