It was in a great location across the road to the theatre in Palermo and close to restaurants. It was comfortable and spacious. We did the tour of the theatre which we could see from our room which we enjoyed. Shame there wasn’t a show on .
We didn’t feel so safe here wondering the streets in the . We were only here 2 nights so may have struck it at the wrong time of the day. The market had just finished and there was lots of rubbish around.

This was a perfect place to stay. On a main road but at the quiet end. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Theatro. The staff were so welcoming. Delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend.

The women who work there are amazing—very friendly, kind, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The place was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice, and the location was very central and convenient.

Great location.
Good communication with the staff before arriving in Palermo re parking etc.
Surprisingly quiet with the windows closed considering the location.
The main bed mattress and the sofa bed mattress could do with being replaced - the sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable. There was a dodgy stain on the sofa cushion and the little bench.
The radiateur in the bathroom was rusty and the cleanliness of the shower questionable.
The worse was the smell of artificial home perfume which meant that we could bear having breakfast at the property.
