Ideal location close to the theatre and main street for street food, restaurants and exploring the central part of the city. The main foyer leading up to the reception and rooms can be dark in the day time as internal lights were off, but that is a minor point. The room itself was partly facing the theatre which offers nice views. The room was very clean, comfortable bed with a nice smart TV with netflix and amazon options. The shower was enclosed within a hot tub within the room which was a nice bonus. The optional breakfast of 25 euros is really not worth it as the selection of food and quality was not worth the price. There are breakfast options nearby but they open from 10am onwards. Staff were helpful and spoke English

Our stay here was perfect! Gorgeous and clean room with a stunning view of Teatro Massimo. The hosts are very kind, helpful, and communicative. Highly recommend!!!!

Location was perfect for shopping and a wide selection of restaurants to enjoy. Staff was very cordial, greeting upon every entry into the hotel, very clean rooms and even serviced us on Christmas!
