The hotel is in a great location. The directions for how to drive to it could perhaps be clarified a bit, with some more specificity on where to arrive close to the hotel. The staff were fantastic. Friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast, and we were able to party in the lounge with our friends (traveling companions). A truly delightful hotel in a bustling part of town!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They have a great morning breakfast. They are very close to taxis and a happening tourist spot. The people are very nice and very helpful with day to day stays

In the heart of Palermo. A real classic quality hotel. Busy city life was right outside the door. Friendly and service minded staff. We loved it and we will come back.
