I would highly recommend this place!
Everything about it was perfect!
It was clean, in a great location, the room is lovely and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The host Giuseppe was lovely. He went out of his way to drop over a pillow late at night when I didn’t like the pillow that was in my room, which was highly appreciated and didn’t expect this at all. Very kind host!!

The location is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. Giuseppe was an excellent host. Very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely.
The building was a little hard to find but once we phoned Giuseppe he helped us find it.
The music in a bar downstairs was very loud but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The host Giuseppe was lovely and very accommodating when we booked our stay only 30 minutes before we arrived he was there to greet us! Lovely spacious room with balcony and nespresso machine, mini fridge and smart TV. Thank you Giuseppe!

The location was good, and in the old town so easy access to restaurants etc.
Breakfast was lovely.
We found access to the property confusing.
We booked two rooms and despite following the instructions that were given, did not find room number one - there was no door number to help us. We were quite some time getting in.
It was also not made clear which keypads should be used when entering from the street.
All three of us had neck ache from the pillows.
The nearby bars were open until 4am and we heard the music continuously. No sleep!
We have stayed in Italian cities many times and have never experienced noise like it.
We have since travelled across Sicily and also stayed in the heart of Rome where windows have been glazed and soundproofed.
We were also asked to give a tip for the cleaner when leaving. Never been asked for that in all our years of travel!
