L'accueil était excellent. Le petit-déjeuner était au delà de nos espérances avec les différents serveurs et surtout mouhrsar. Et un gros point positif au niveau de l'accueil à la réception.
Le spa point négatif et surtout le massage. La piscine chauffe top mais l'odeur qui s'en dégageait un peu moins bien.

Le personnel était gentil, disponible et très aimable, toujours avec le sourire. L’emplacement du riad était génial pour une première venue à Marrakech : j’étais à seulement 4 minutes à pied du début du souk.
Malheureusement, la seule chose que je n’ai pas aimé , c’est le lit . Il n’était pas confortable pour moi, mais chaque personne est différente.

The room was clean and comfortable.
Staff were friendly.
We experienced cold water for the first two days of our stay. On the third day, the water was warmer but still not at an ideal temperature.
The breakfast area was extremely cold, meaning we had to wear multiple layers and coats while eating. Breakfast itself was quite stressful. On one occasion, when we asked for toast with our eggs, we were told we couldn’t have toast as we were not vegan. On another occasion, I received just one slice of toast, which was cold. Overall, breakfast was inconsistent and only improved during the final two days of our stay. It’s disappointing, as this standard should have been maintained throughout our visit.
There were also no tea-making facilities in the rooms. Given the cold temperatures, we ordered tea, which was charged for. This was disappointing, as with a little more care and attention, this riad has the potential to be truly beautiful.
