Nestled in Ocean View, this attractive house for $307 per night is a great option for your next trip. *For 2024 - adding a 3rd bath!! Welcome to 38157 Greenport Lane in the town of Ocean View. This dog friendly town home is located in the community of South Hampton and has 4 bedrooms and large den less than 2 miles to the sand. This family friendly home has multiple sitting areas, large deck and an outside shower. Main floor has one bedroom, full bath, den and laundry. Main floor has powder room, kitchen, dining, two sitting areas and large deck. Top floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Game room with additional sleeping on the ground floor. No smoking. Other Information: -Flex booking: 3+ nights or more -Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $295 -Bedding: King, Queen, Queen, Queen, Den (game room): Bunk bed (Queen/twin) + bunk bed - (sleeps 13) -Dog friendly (2 max). No large breeds. Dog crate available at house. $250 deposit. $100 cleaning fee. -WIFI - Yes -Appliances: Microwave, Blender, Coffee Pot & Keurig, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. -Outside: Deck, Enclosed outside shower, gas grill -Other: Game room with foosball, ping pong and arcade games -TV: Streaming (7) -Beach chairs (6), Beach Umbrella (1), (These items are not guaranteed). -Parking: 2-3 -You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. -For more information contact Wilgus Associates. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was absolutely fantastic. The tennis court and pool were things my wife and children enjoyed very much. Lots of room on each floor. Very close to beaches as well. Would definitely do again!The only issue was, we didn't know what to do with the trash cans afterwards. We also didn't know how to pick up the key, but my wife figured it out after calling several numbers. The after hours number didn't start until 5pm, and it was 4pm. The person was sure to let us know that we shouldn't be calling that number yet. . But she was very helpful regardless. Everyone in the office left early.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was clean. All appliances worked and minutes from the beach.

Overall a very nice place. 2 of the bedrooms a little small, listing incorrect as one of the queen beds listed was actually a full sized. We found things like a bar of soap left in shower and trash under beds & furniture so we were concerned if cleaning was thoroughly done.
