Location was excellent. Close to multiple restaurants beaches and shopping.
Apartment was very clean. Questions to rental manager were all responded via text within 10 minutes. We had several minior ones during the stay which were promptly answered.
Outside deck is too hot without trade winds as it is sheltered between buildings.
Sensitive ears will hear large HVAC complex from nearby Sheratin across open parking lot. Should not bother most people, but a definite hum that becomes more evident during the night when ither things quiet down.

Huge, well-maintained unit, great location, nice view of lawn and ocean; very convenient market at nearby Sheraton resort.
Lockbox to get key upon arrival was a problem when we arrived after dark, there was no light in the alcove and the lock combination line was difficult to find. We had help from a local agent and the manager did respond on the phone.
The furniture was not especially comfortable, including the high-barstool seats on the patio.
No need for eiderdown in bedding -- this is Kauai, not the Alps.
