I did message the host once about parking and did not receive a response. Maybe I had the wrong number, but unsure. Though I found parking easy enough so no great foul.

Really liked the location, close to everything we wanted to do. 10/10 cleanliness. Washer and dryer was a plus. Overall a comfortable and quiet environment.
If you’re booking for more than 2 guests DO NOT rely on the pull out sofa as a second bed. I wasn’t expecting much, I know most pull out sofas are pretty awful, but this one is so lopsided it’s completely unusable. I’m pretty sure it’s broken. This should be a “single bed” booking. We had to take the thin mattress off of the pull out couch frame and lay it on the floor out of desperation. This was very uncomfortable. Other than this one issue the place was really great, but I hope this helps to prevent other 3-4 person groups from running into sleeping arrangement chaos.

Location is exceptional. Right at the heart of Sandusky
The pull out sofa was terrible. No sheets were provided. The mattress was not leveled so the sleep quality was awful.
