1. The house is comfortable and cosy. Rooms are clean and bed are comfortable.
2. Location was really great. Near a bus stop that goes to the CBD and near some good cafes.
3. The wifi network is really good as I am working from the property. So was really convenient.
1. The bathroom feels a little run down but everything works well and is clean.
2. The walk in wardrobe window needs curtains for privacy.
3. There was no sponge for washing the dishes. We bought one and left it for future visitors to use.
The living room sofa was not comfortable to seat on. Feels like really cheap furniture. I was afraid it will break easily.

Location was perfect, and excellent cleanliness and communication from host
Heating appliances dated and very noisy. Mobile heaters didnt work. Wifi was intermittent for all 4 guests. Grounds and garden unkept.
