Location was prime reason for the choice as it met our specific needs perfectly.
No breakfast available but we knew that from our previous stay. Nice small cafe across the road was used for breakfast although not open on a Sunday morning.

The location was perfect for getting to the crystal palace sport center.
A decent price for London.
The lady front of house was so nice and helpful.
The chef even stayed open to serve us 30mins after service as we couldn't get there until 8pm.
Also the manager arranged another bed for the room to accommodate my little daughter after our plans had changed.
No questions asked by anyone.
Nothing not to like.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly and our room was spotless
It had obviously had money spent on it but the copy Dyson fan was more than useless. The lovely large shower cubicle only gave out hot water or very hot water so when I woke up boiling hot and decided to have a cool shower I couldn’t even go under the shower without scorching myself. No-one around in the morning so we eventually found how to get out of the property and I left my room key on the floor by the door
