Diabolical in lots of ways. From management, lack of communication on their part, 1 month misery.

No magic moments at this apartment for us. Sea view couldn't really be called a sea view as was at least 7km away from City centre and could only be seen from small terrace. Our small Terrace, that was over run by cats from the cats charity that was run from the building that the apartment is situated. The only likable thing about this apartment where the lights and these were needed as the dark apartment needed them on all day, due to the building not getting any sun on it whatsoever. All electrical items were modern, but would have been more use if they had instructions. Cooker was modern, again no instructions. Televisions one in bedroom not connected and main one one required membership for Netfix and Prime T.v and most other channels needed membership. No normal T.V whatsoever.

Location was 0.3km from City Centre. When booked we thought it was 0.3km Costa Adeje not residential town in Adeje City. When we stepped out of main front door we were straight on the high st overlooking the car park and busy main rd out of the City. Parking was awful, once you left for the day, our driver had to drop us off at apartment, and he drove round for 15mins to half an hr to try get parked. No sun on terrace or within the building whatsoever and disgusting cushions on terrace after the local cats used to terrace for their home day and night. 2 were changed but still waiting for main cushion to be replaced after 1 months stay. Bedding not adequate, single very thin quits for all double beds. When friend left we had to tk their bedding and put it on top of ours for warmth. Pillows not any good more like scatter cushions, once again no padding in them. Getting buses in and out of City Centre where apartment is situated to reach the coast was a nightmare once friends had left and hire car was gone. We all packed like sardines on buses at times as so many people heading for shopping or to find the sun at the coast. Marcus the manager did send one representative to hear our complaints the day before we left. The said rep did not log any of our compaints or take on board how distressed we were. Very dissapointed and unprofessional from a company that supposedly called "Heroes" by name, but certainly not by nature.

Parfait

Le logement est très agréable et propre, bien entretenu et bien équipé. Je recommande

Rien dans le logement. Peux être la difficulté à gare la voiture malgré de nombreux parking mais cela est lié aux nombre de véhicules qui circulent et non au logement
