The house is beautiful, beds were warm and comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. Great to have off street parking. Plenty of Crockery, cutlery, serving dishes and cookware. A welcome bottle of bubbles was a nice touch (even if not local wine). It's a very welcoming house great for families or friends. We were 3 friends so it was perfect. So close to all the wineries, and courtesy buses will attend to collect and drop off from local venues. Lots of warm, cosy blankets for cooler evenings, and candles for creating a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again, despite a few negatives (easily fixed).
There was no tea at all and the pantry items were open so unsure of how long they had been there. House is advertised and named with a fire pit but no fire pit supplies were provided. Not sure where we would have got these as we don't know the area. That was disappointing. The couch is broken and feels like you're sitting on a slope. The dining room fireplace does not heat the room well at all we had to use the reverse cycle. There was a constant smell of gas in the kitchen, not strong but definitely there. All these things were a shame (and easily fixed) but in general the house was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed.

Had a great stay and the house was super cute and perfect for a weekend in the Hunter. Had everything you needed in a kitchen which was perfect and super helpful for our stay.
