lovely old Villa with a couple of ceilings beautifully painted years back Some are fading now. Some lovely features inside. Grounds were lovely also but weren’t really put to use. Nice breakfast . Nice having a secure parking area inside the gates . Plenty of bottled water kept cold in the fridge.
We paid to upgrade to suite. 2 single beds with enclosed bed head so the beds could not quite join. 😗 We looked upon the parking area of the villa not the grounds. Fridge & tea making facilities were in the hall. What was annoying was the very deep bath that was the shower and as not wide the shower curtain would constantly cling to you. Owner also did not live on site so was probably not aware of people noise late st night . Didn’t appear to have anything in the town except one coffee shop. With a car not a problem
