The location of the property in my mind could not be better. We were able to walt to everything that we wanted to do or see. The selection of food and culture was great. Despite being in central location the apartment was very quite and off the street. AC worked well it was 97F most days and we were able to maintain 18C in the room. Also we used the free shuttle from Booking . com and that was perfect.
I get the feeling this place had not been rented in a while, the apartment was ground level with few windows, it is hot an humid this time of year in Rome so room had a damp smell to it. Also the bed had a perfectly strait line of what looked like saw dust about 1.7 meters long on the bed, I think that it was debris from the beam above that just happened to come down. I messaged the owner but it was too late to get the cleaners in (no big deal i brushed it off and they changed it in the morning). The air freshener was all dried up and if they were maintained that would help. Also the coffeemaker water was full but had a lot of material floating in it, must of been sitting a long time, I did not use it.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. It was super secure and set back a bit on the property, so it was quite peaceful despite being right in the city center. Comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer, fast internet and other amenities that made my stay just right. 10/10- would book here again! Thank you, Frederico!

Room was spacious, comfortable with a range of appliances. Great for families. Location was perfect, right in the centre and walkable to all attractions.
At times the fridge could be a little loud, but other than that everything was great.
