The rooms were a good size. There is a separate door to come & out of, you can sit down & take your shoes off. The property was larger than I expected. The host left us a bottle of Sangria. .

Excellent property, well located and fully stocked on everything you may need for your stay. The only thing I would think as not excellent is that furniture is kind of uncomfortable for tall people as it is very low, but apart from that we were very pleased with our stay and the host was always prompt to respond to our concerns. Will certainly consider to stay here again for our next visit to State College.

The house was great for our graduation night stay. Check in was easy and the house super comfortable. The host was responsive to queries. We had a great time.

I had a problem with the keypad, but it was my fault. However, the owner was there within 5 minutes. He was very nice and even left us a bottle of wine! When booking a property, the most important thing for me is being able to travel with my pets, so happy it was pet friendly. We had a great weekend and was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Would stay again.
