As you walk in the front door of the home, you will find a tiled entryway with a closet and bench providing a comfortable place to unload your outdoor gear before settling in. Just off the entryway, you will first come to the main-level shared bathroom, which is connected to a sauna. For those looking to ease sore muscles after a busy day of outdoor adventures, you will love relaxing in the spacious sauna, which features 2 levels for extra room to spread out. Once you are done in the sauna, you can easily freshen up in the connected full bathroom, where you will find a shower/bathtub combo. The bathroom features a door separating the shower/bathtub from the bathroom sink, providing additional privacy and space. Further, into the main level of the home, you will find the cozy living room with high ceilings and windows from all around providing views over the surrounding trees and mountains. Relax in the inviting living room, where you will find a comfy sofa and three chairs situated around the fireplace in a beautiful stone hearth. Warm up by the fire while you enjoy a movie night on the TV or take in the views from out the large windows. From the living room, you can step out the sliding glass doors to the spacious deck and take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views. During the summer months, the deck provides a great outdoor living space with a BBQ, a picnic table, and patio furniture with seating for up to 15. This area of Silverthorne features many hiking and biking trails with several trails just a few minutes away including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads. During the summer months, enjoy a round of golf at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, you are less than 10 minutes from the fairway.
