About this house rental
Another spectacular Boston rental listing from Navarro Properties located on Somerville/Cambridge boarder an easy 5 minute walk to the Harvard University campus, a 2 stop T ride to the MIT campus and short ride into Boston. Minutes from the Porter Square T station with hardwood floors, memory foam king and queen mattresses with an assortment of luxurious pillows. The condo has a 55 inch Smart TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and workstations in each bedroom. Central heat a new AC with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and full bathroom.
The space
This condo is located on the 2nd floor. The entrance to the condo is through the back of the house by the deck. The first bedroom is located on the second floor and has a luxurious king bed and workstation. Pillows, pillows, pillows! On the second floor you’ll also find the large fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room and full bathroom. The oversized second bedroom is located on the third floor, has a luxurious queen bed, and workstation. There is also a sleeping sofa in the living room. This is NOT a shared unit. The condo is freshly painted, very clean and well-appointed with artwork and ALL the essentials to make your stay, no matter how long or short, comfortable and peaceful. The second floor deck is absolutely spectacular!

My family of four had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The apartment is just so charming, and the value really stood out to us. This is such a comfortable two bedroom place, and we especially loved the cute loft setup for the second bedroom. The location worked really well for us. It is about a 0.3 mile walk to the Red Line and just one stop from Harvard, which made getting into Boston incredibly easy. We loved being able to head into the city during the day and then come back and rest for a bit before going out again in the evening.One unexpected highlight was the Ben and Jerry’s right outside the train station. We are visiting from Salt Lake City and had never had the chance to try flavors beyond what is sold in grocery stores, so we made a point to stop there for dessert each night. There is also a CVS and Target next to the train station which made it easy to pick up things my sons forgot to pack. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the apartment itself was nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything about the stay felt easy and relaxed. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Boston area.

We were in Boston to attend graduation. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood yet still central and close to everything. T was readily accessible and just a few minutes walking. Onsite parking space was convenient. Check out was a breeze, hassle free, nothing extra for us to take care of. Great stay.

Conveniently located near Porter Square in Cambridge. The rental occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of the pictured property. The apt was clean and kitchen stocked with all needed cooking tools. Single full bathroom, no half bath. Comfy beds. Back of property is the commuter rail line and front is on a main street - the amount of city-sound is much different from rural US. We used the "T" to go walk the Freedom Trail, attend a Red Sox game, visit the MFA, and get the greatest bagels at Bagelsaurus. We parked in the rear of the property and used public transit or walking while there. Owner was pretty flexible in letting us stay parked after check-out.
