Welcome to the Green Grove Cottage! This is a non-smoking, pet free, home away from home! It sleeps 6 with three bedrooms. Living room: The front door opens to the living room where you can comfortably relax. A smart TV and Blu-Ray player are provided and and board games are available in the TV console. The wood stove is not available for use. Kitchen: The kitchen is well stocked with everything from a food processor to an Instantpot. There is a dining table that seats 5, 5 bar stools, and a high chair folded away in the pantry. Bedrooms: Sleeps 6 Main floor – King bed Bedroom 2 - upstairs with a king bed, A/C, desk, and porch Bedroom 3 - upstairs with two queen beds All bedrooms have new pillows and Casper mattresses. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and portable fans. In the summer, the nights are cooler and box fans can be placed to circulate the A/Cs. The windows have screens and can be opened with hand cranks to let in the crisp New England air. In the winter, there is baseboard heat. All bedrooms and the living room have black out curtains to help with heat and sleeping. All bedrooms have sound machines and charging adapters by the bed. A pack'n'play with an attachable changing table is available for babies. Bathroom: The bathroom is located on the main floor and has a shower and a tub. The shower head also has a detachable sprayer to help with kids. There is shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. Workout space: An enclosed porch on the main floor includes a stationary Schwinn IC4 indoor bike, yoga mats, resistance bands, weights, and a TV to stream workouts. The Apple TV is connected with the Peloton app. You must use your own login. Stairs There are stairs to access the front door, stairs to the bedrooms upstairs, and steep stairs to the basement. There are no baby gates. Outdoor space: From the enclosed porch, you can access the door to the deck. There is a propane grill, hammock, and additional chairs. You'll find a large yard with a beautiful willow tree, raspberry patch, and apple trees which you are welcome to pick from. The driveway will be plowed when there is a snow storm of 3 inches or more. There is also a shovel available for use if needed. Basement: The basement includes a leather futon sofa and an air hockey table that can also be setup as a ping pong table. The washer and dryer are downstairs. Due to part of the basement being unfinished, there is an interior door that will stay locked at the bottom of the stairs which also blocks the sliding door access on this level.
