Welcome to our 80m2 air-conditioned apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator and arranged as follows for your greatest comfort:
- 1 double bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and sink (no toilet)
- 1 double bedroom with queen-size bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and sink (no toilet )
- 1 living room with double sofa bed
- Televisions and WI FI
- 1 dining area for 6 people
- 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine with tumble dryer option, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob)
- 2 individual toilets
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests.
Cleaning is carried out by professional staff

We had a wonderful stay at this Paris apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well organized, with everything we needed for our visit. It felt like a real Paris neighborhood rather than a tourist-only area, which made the experience even better.
The location was excellent: quiet and residential, but still very convenient for getting around the city. There were shops, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and it was easy to reach the Metro and explore Paris. It was also a great place to come back to and relax after long days of sightseeing.
The host was helpful and responsive, and check-in was smooth. The apartment worked very well for our family and made our Paris stay feel easy and enjoyable.
The only thing to note for non-French visitors is that the toilets are in a separate space from the showers, which is common in France but may be different from what some travelers are used to.
Overall, I would happily recommend this apartment to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Paris.
