We are in the second row of homes from the beach. This location may not be suitable for small children or elderly guests as we are on a busy street and there are stairs leading to the house. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. ALL GUESTS must be added to the reservation. We ask that you not have any additional guests, even if they are just visiting without staying the night. There are multiple security cameras on the exterior of the property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the entire property. Pets may be permitted on an individual basis - please inquire first. An extra cleaning fee of $150 is applied when you bring an animal. Please make sure you add it when making a booking inquiry. We had a wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. It was impeccably clean and everything, from the furniture to the dishware, was brand new. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of high quality. However, it's important to note that this property may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues due to the multiple stairs and steep driveway. We found it a bit nerve-racking to back out of the driveway, but we managed by waiting for the stoplight to turn red. The walkway to the beach was quite narrow, and we often had to navigate around cars, which made us feel unsafe. We hope the city takes measures to slow down traffic on this road for the safety of pedestrians. It is crucial to use the crosswalks when walking to the beach, as cars tend to drive fast and there is a curve where visibility may be compromised. Despite these concerns, we had a pleasant stay and would like to commend Ewa for her responsiveness and recommend her beautiful property.

The location was great but the property is not on the waterside. Description of property is misleading. We were 6 adults and a 3 year old staying at the property. Half of us couldn’t not shower due to unavailability of hot water. When contacted we were told that it is normal. It means the owner is aware of the hot water problems and refuses to find a solution to make guests comfortable. Lots of soot and dust in the front patio and on AC registers. Sofas were too low to sit and get up. Bedrooms and baths were right size and comfortable. Kitchen and dining areas were great.
