A very nice man owning the property chatted with us on arrival. On our stay there were no other guests. Has kitchen, lounge, wondeful balcony. He cooked our breakfast, either 8.30 or 9.30. Views are fantastic as high up on the canyon. Amazing Restaurant nearby, pizzas etc, but aujte a small town with a few alternatives and quirky vintage shops

I loved the Spanish style architecture (inside and outside). I especially loved the balcony windows and French style windows. Warren (the owner) was so friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was especially delicious. Lots of common space too, to lounge in.
The road leading up to the place was pretty bumpy, and parking was tricky. I do wish our room and bathroom as connected, but no biggie.

The location was ideal for hiking in the state park and visiting locations around the canyons. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly prepared and very good sized.
Driving up the road was a little harrowing for this midwestern city gal, and the parking situation is tight.

The location is very peaceful and if you do want to stay in Topanga it is close to the town. The room was very clean & had everything you would need.
The road up to the B&B is extremely bumpy, dusty & not maintained. There is also not substantial parking for all hotel guests. At some points people had to double park which was a hassle. The building looks like it needs to be repainted & updated. The breakfast was good but for vegans / vegetarians not many options.
