THE BACKYARD
This is what sets us apart. Step into a huge, fully fenced backyard with a professional-grade putting green (with a real flag!), a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, cornhole boards, and a BBQ grill. THE GAME ROOM
Challenge each other to air hockey, sink shots on the Pop-A-Shot basketball game, or play Golden Tee Golf. Kids and adults love this room equally—it's nonstop entertainment, rain or shine.
THE HOME
Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept layout with coastal decor, modern furnishings, and natural light throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a beautiful hex-tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and a center island with seating—great for cooking meals or gathering over morning coffee from the Nespresso bar.
Two comfortable bedrooms each have queen beds, ceiling fans, and modern decor. One bedroom includes a dedicated desk and workspace—perfect for remote work. The bathroom is freshly updated with quality fixtures, a tub/shower combo, and stocked with towels and essentials.
Wind down on the screened-in patio with string lights and cushioned outdoor seating -- it's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the yard.

Property was clean and inviting. Our host checked in to make sure everything was going well while we were there. It was a perfect spot for us and our dog. The fenced in yard allowed our dog the freedom to run around and the putting green was a fun feature to use while enjoying the sun. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.
