Your space includes 3 bedrooms, a family room, and 1 full bath. It also includes hotel-like amenities featuring a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee pot. There is also a grill located right outside the entry door for your grilling enjoyment. You'll have plenty of yard space for your favorite summer games and bonfires on the 3 acre parcel. Create your perfect up-north memories singing campfire songs and making s'mores around the firepit. This property is nestled among the hilltop trees and provides a night sky perfect for stargazing. Or, take a nice soak in the hot tub on those chilly northern evenings. During the day you can take advantage of the hilltop and coast down into town to shop Frankfort’s Main Street or stop to sip a cold beer from the local brewery. Don’t forget your time away is the perfect opportunity to relax with a good book as you soak up the sun at the beach 1.1 miles away. Create the perfect ending to your day as you grab ice cream from one of our local shops and stroll down Main Street to the beach for a spectacular sunset on Lake Michigan. This property is also located near many local tourist attractions: Platte River known for it’s tubing and kayaking is a short 7 mile drive up M22. Leland County known for the Sleeping Bear National National Lakeshore and it’s many local wineries is 22 miles away. Traverse City, known as the Cherry Capital of the world, and its quaint downtown shopping area is 31 miles east of Frankfort. Crystal Mountain is 14 miles from here for summer golf or winter skiing. Driving south down M22 for 15 miles brings you to Arcadia Bluffs, a professionally renowned golf course, on the bluffs of Lake Michigan. It's time for you to come north and enjoy some much needed down time! Please note that the upstairs is currently owner occupied. There is an interior door that is locked and separates the upper level from the lower level space that provides you complete privacy.

I raced Michigan 70.3 in Frankfurt and travelled with my wife and our toddler and baby, and my parents. The space was perfect for the six of us. Close enough to the activities in town that we could walk, but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing. Really neat setting up on the hill above town. Chris and Amy were great hosts!

Amy and Chris were very friendly, and their goldendoodle Abby is adorable! The rental is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It's nicely decorated, and well stocked with games, brochures of local attractions, and has HBO. The one drawback is the mattress on the queen bed... It is very uncomfortable, and really should be replaced. Aside from that, we give a 9 out of 10.

Amy and Chris were fantastic and very hospitable. The unit was very clean and a fantastic space for us. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great time. Amy and Chris were fantastic hosts, and Abby (the dog) was lots of fun! Very clean, very accessible to anything you want to do in Frankfort or surrounding area. The hot tub was amazing, as was the view! We will be back.

Visiting from Texas, and unable to stay at our family Crystal lake home this year, this property was the perfect substitute! Everything was just as described and all in great condition and a perfect location! The hot tub and and fire pit made for memorable evenings at home when we weren't going out to Point Bestie lighthouse or Frankfort restaurants. Easy trips to Crystal lake beaches and other nearby attractions made for a very satisfying vacation! Amy and Chris were very accommodating hosts and this was overall a great stay!
