The place is perfectly located just off the highway and within walking distance to Clifton Hill and all of the attractions.
Parking is tough if you have large vehicles but you can make it work. We had a truck, a minivan, and a car and the host allowed us to use the whole driveway and we made it work.
It is an upper apartment accommodation and the stairs are a little steep but it has a beautiful deck and lots of space.
We had 10 people and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other.
The weather was really warm and humid and the portable AC units kept tripping the breaker but it was an easy fix.
The host Andy was super responsive even at midnight the first night when I couldn’t find the breaker box.
I would recommend ythis place to anyone who wants a quick easy visit to the Falls.

Our stay at the property exceeded our expectations. There was room for 2 cars to park on property and if needed there is a free lot 1.5 blocks away. The bedrooms were all as pictured, as well as the kitchen, bathrooms , living room and dining area. I do wish the temperature was a little warmer during our stay so we could’ve used the outdoor deck.There were 5 adults in our party, and there was plenty of room for everyone.The falls and Clifton Hill area were about a 10-15 minute walk away. Almost everything downtown is within walking distance. The Post cereal plant nearby gave the area a freshly opened box of cereal smell every morning. The only downfall of this place is that it is on the second level of the property, so, if you or someone in your party has trouble with making stairs it’s probably not the place for you.If I could make one suggestion, it would be to put a small bedside lamp in each bedroom, and 1 in the living room.Communications with the host were very good, before, during and after departure.

Andy was very welcoming! There were new sheets and blankets, a waterfall shower head, televisions in each room, complementary coffee and very comfortable beds for our large party of 9.
