Cozy studio attached to a house on a gated property located on the highest point in a nice and safe neighborhood. Studio has its own private entry, parking, gazebo, no shared amenities. You will enjoy a peaceful and family friendly atmosphere as well as the best park, trails, beaches and attractions in San Diego. Please, No pet including service pet because my husband is allergic to animal hair. If caught with a pet, you will be checked out, No refund, charged a $800 specialist cleaning fee The space Fully remodeled in March 2023, It features brand new furniture, appliances, gorgeous bathroom, spacious gazebo, very quiet neighborhood. Very clean, modern, warm and open, you will feel at home as soon as you step on the property. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping while being couple of minutes away from the town. Closest EV charging station is less than 2 minutes away and laundromat is about 4 min away. Guest access The entire 1 acre property is gated, secure and private with spectacular views of mountains. Automated gate and smart lock on the main door allows you to have access to your space without any interaction. All codes will be communicated once few hours before check in. Other things to note The studio is attached to the main house but is completely private.

Great property with stunning views. Host was communicative and the studio was perfect for my needs. Local area had good food and Wal Mart, Vons etc were really close. Overall a great property.

We were thankful for this studio a couple of miles from our family's property. Easy access, great signage, enjoyed hot chocolate in the gazebo. Maybe we missed it in the posting, but we were surprised to learn this studio is built above the main house. It has it's own private entrance, but the main house occupants also have access to rooms on the same floor. The sound traveled easily through the walls and floor, and it did not help that the group in the main house were boisterous. The seal on the shower door needs to be replaced, but other than that, we would likely stay here again.
