We had a lovely welcome and excellent service from the manager - he booked a minibus for us and cooked breakfast early on the day we left and was always available to help.
The room was spotless and cleaned well every day. The shower could do with an upgrade.
The location was very convenient, down a quiet side road and we could watch the monks go past at dawn. Building works going on next door, but it didn’t disturb us.

The room was very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable and bottled water was provided every day which was much appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and cooked fresh to order, with a good selection to choose from. Location of the hotel was great, just round the corner from the night markets and the main road, close to the river and extremely walkable to the city centre and its attractions, yet still far enough from the hustle and bustle up a quiet street. The highlight of staying here was the service, the owner/manager is so friendly and it was a joy to speak to him every day (he cooks the breakfast too!). He can also help with booking transportation and tours. We really loved our stay in Le Khounsok hotel and Luang Prabang is an amazing town, and would love to stay here again in the future!
