We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, cozy and welcoming, and we immediately felt comfortable. The girls were always smiling, kind and very helpful. There is also a supermarket right next to the property, which was super convenient.
The only downside is that the property is a little far from the city centre, so you need to take the bus to get around. However, there is a bus stop very close by and buses run every few minutes, so it’s still quite easy and convenient.

Very friendly and accomodating hosts. Comfortable futons in a spacious room. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Nestled above the hosts Hawaiian themed cafe, very delicious pancakes for breakfast.

1階カフェの上、2階2室の宿泊施設
部屋にシャワー、トイレ、洗面所がなく共有ですがとてもきれいに清掃されてます
2室なので他客と重なることも少なそう
部屋は十分な広さ、大きなベッド（2人部屋）でとてもきれい
ハワイ好きなカフェのオーナーの温かいもてなし
1階のカフェで食事できます
場所は中心部から離れていますがバスで河原町、京都駅、東山は直通
千本通りは地元民のお店がたくさんでリーズナブル
北野天満宮は徒歩圏内
二条城、御所はランニング圏内
嵐山はJR、嵐電どちらを使っても便利
嵐山が距離的に近いので回る際には気が楽です
タイミングでお得な価格提示があるので是非試してみて

Overall, it was quite ordinary, with no particular highlights. The bed was comfortable, which was a positive aspect of my stay.
The accommodation was unfortunately quite noisy. During the night, there was pop music, presumably coming from a nearby bar, along with a barking dog and some street noise, although the latter was still acceptable. Early in the morning, the host also started playing music. After a long journey, I really needed a good night’s sleep, so this was quite disappointing. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night.
