Large main bedroom with a very comfortable king bed. Clean, roomy kitchen with good amenities. Good laundry facilities. Comfortable dining and lounge amenities. Very close to the beautiful Esperance esplanade, town centre and shopping. Spacious under cover outside living area. Good-sized second bedroom with queen bed.
Although we had no need for the third bedroom, we noted it is small with two single beds. It is only accessible via the second bedroom so that could be problematic for groups sharing the house. The one bathroom includes the only toilet in the house. Minor issues include the difficulty with visibility when reversing the car onto the two-lane main road that can be busy at peak times, and a very noisy closure of the spring-loaded front screen door.

Great location, everything you need in walking distance or close drive.
There was only one tea towel and no dishcloth, BBQ doesn’t heat up.

Clean, nice kitchen and bathroom and lounge/dining areas
We needed to use all 3 bedrooms. We didn’t realise when we booked the property that Bedroom 3 could only be accessed by going through Bedroom 2. We managed ok because we were all family but would be awkward and unsuitable for other groups of people wanting a 3 bedroom house. Street is busier than I expected.

It’s a beautiful house, centrally located and very close to the beach. Living area & dining room was nice and comfortable. The decking was also very pleasant with comfortable seating. All in all we were happy with the accommodation.
There were no tea towels or kitchen paper. We went to the shops to get kitchen paper and also dishwashing liquid as there was hardly any left. I contacted the host and the next day two small tea towels were delivered so that was good. I also contacted the host that the coffee machine didn’t work, but didn’t get a response. Parts of the BBQ wasn’t clean so we had to clean it both before and after we used it. The fuse for the right hand set of kitchen power sockets keeps tripping.
Finally, I must say I don’t appreciate the check-out list. It’s one thing to turn off everything and lock the doors, but stripping beds, putting away dishes and taking out the garbage I would think would be included in the price, which was quite high.
