The flat is wonderfully clean.
Everything is new and works well.
The self check-in process is easy and quick.
The bed is not very comfortable as it’s impossible to approach and it fills all the space in the bedroom.
The street is located between two highways, there is literally nothing to do nearby. There aren’t any grocery stores in the vicinity either.
There were only 4 bowls in the flat and not a single regular plate.
The entire interior is grey - all the walls, all the appliances, all the furniture, curtains, bedsheets, towels, the table, the chairs are grey. It makes you want to leave the place as quickly as possible.

Komfortabel, sauber, Wohnung ist komplett augestattet.
Der Check in mit der zur Verfügung gestellten Plattform ist eine Katastrophe, persönliche Daten mussten mehrmals übermittelt werden, bevor die Check in Anleitung übermittelt wurde. Zeitaufwand war sehr hoch. Parkplatzbenützung im Innenhof nicht gestattet, hätte auch extra dafür bezahlt. So musste auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der Nähe der Unterkunft geparkt werden, was für Unmut bei den Anrainern gesorgt hat.
Ein Hinweis meinerseits: Die Verwendung einer Matratzenauflage trägt zur Verbesserung der Hygiene bei und wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

due to hot summer, should have extra electric fan since no aircondition... also, the door lock has an issue.. this took me more than an hour to wait for their fix but its not really a fix just hard push then door would be open.. can be a privacy and security issue..
my important appointment for one of reason travelling to Vienna was almost cancel..
