Definitely you get what you pay for. Stayed 6 nights and the location is good in district one. AC worked well.
Tv wasn’t working, staff told me they would fix it but didn’t. Also some unprofessional texting about that. I could handle it easily but you hear a lot of sounds, also in the night. You have to pay through an envelope in a mailbox in the lobby. Haven’t seen any staff at all (I didn’t mind but I get if people don’t want that)

Bon emplacement au calme, grande chambre, autonomie dans check-in / out
Propreté à revoir, on a eu plusieurs cafards dans la chambre, cheveux par terre et autres poussières… Dans le panier de bienvenue il y avait encore des emballages de bonbons déchirés. J’ai été d’ailleurs surprise de retrouver tout ça car au moment de faire la réservation les avis mettaient en avant la propreté des lieux mais ça n’a pas été le cas pour nous. Quelques problèmes de communication avec l’hôte.

Close to city center and super quiet chill alley.
Although we stayed during the national days, there was absolutely no one to help us at the hostel. You could clearly see that the place was left kinda of abandoned. This is not a big thing but TV didn’t work (it said on booking it was working) and the air con everyday threw less and less cold.
Bathroom was pretty moldy, as well as the ceiling fan that also had a lot of dusts (clear sign that the room hasn’t been cleaned in a long time). Pillows had a damp smell and some tiny stains that made us feel like they were not changed.
Although the person who guided us via whatsapp for everything was very polite, he said he would send someone over to give us sheets and towels, but there was absolutely no sign of life during our stay.
Maybe it was a cultural barrier since we’ve just arrived in Vietnam or maybe really this place is not worth it more than 2 days.
