Location was great. Really good for us as we needed to be near the City. Marks & Spencer and Tesco very nearby so very handy to pop out and get a few bits. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Despite there being a coffee machine, no pods were left. In fact after a long journey we didn't really get anything other than a couple of bottles of water. It may be good just to ensure that there is something to make a drink after arriving.
The windows let in a fair amount of noise from the street below. We're in the middle of London so can't expect tranquility but I think the windows could be better. There was no washing up liquid, only 2 dishwasher tablets so not great really. We had to wash plates just with hot water. I think little things like this would go a long way and improve the accomodation.

The apartment and the location.
The bed sheets needed to be changed and the room could do with a fresh spray after guest. I could still smell the person that was there before me.
