Location is amazing. Everything was great!

A convenient location and comfortable stay.

Location was very convenient . Patio overlooking the Promenade and ocean was excellent . We enjoyed relaxing on the patio.

Sofa wasn't very comfortable.

Lovely stay in Nice and visiting nearby towns.

Location and sea view are excellent Very compact apartment. Very good shower.

I would have like extra towels and extra bed linen When on holidays you are showering more because of sun creams & beach days. Towels in apartment were not the best quality. There was no hand soap provided. The soap dispenser was empty. More information in the welcome brochure on how to get tickets for the local bus/ Tram service as apartment was about 30min walk into main town of Nice. I would have no problem recommending this apartment if those issues were addressed.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer ist gross und modern. Das Bett ist bequem und nachts man hört den Lärm nicht. Besonders hervorheben muss man den Ausblick aufs Meer und den grossen Balkon.

Location was perfect. There was a supermarket close by. It was nice that, there was a umbrella you can use at the beach.

Place needs some work, like the door has to be fixed, there was a heavy cheese smell from the fridge, there was not a washing liquid ( i bought it ), nespresso machine was not operative, did not have wine glasses ( i bought it ), not enough amenities if you stay for 5 days ( rubbish bag, toilet paper ).
