The modern fresh styling, wood heater, air con, electric blankets, large deck and how spread out the house was.

Isolated, no ambient noise
Cooking utensils need to be upgraded - electric pan has hollow in centre where oil etc accumulates, cooking cutting knives are of poor quality where chopping pumpkins or carrots from example not strong enough and bend under pressure to cut straight, no oven trays. Advertised as having combustion heater but no wood provided - advised to go to servo to buy but is extra expensive and wood quality at servos like kindling.

This property was fantastic for our family to come and stay. We travelled to visit family in town with a large party, including 8 kids and they all raved about how they loved the place, they had their own space to chill and the adults were able to relax in other parts of the house. It was surprisingly spacious and well appointed. The hosts were responsive to all questions and so friendly. Was the perfect spot for us to stay.
very happy here, there is a smell in the afternoons from a nearby location but otherwise was a great location.

Great house for a large group. Rooms are very comfortable, 2 living areas was excellent for a group and well heated for a winter trip. Very helpful management when one of our guests left an item.
Was on the edge of Broken Hill so not in walking distance to shops. You need a car.
