Los anfitriones fueron excepcionales: muy amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Después de nuestra salida, una maleta quedó accidentalmente en el apartamento y la rapidez con la que reaccionaron para ayudarnos a recuperarla no tiene precio para nosotros. Ese nivel de atención y calidad humana marcó realmente la diferencia. Además, el tamaño del apartamento es impresionante: es muy amplio y ofrece muchísimo espacio para una familia.
El principal aspecto por mejorar es la climatización. Por el gran tamaño del apartamento, los dos equipos portátiles de aire acondicionado resultan limitados para climatizarlo completamente y durante nuestra estancia necesitamos utilizarlos a máxima potencia junto con ventiladores para estar cómodos en las habitaciones. Los equipos también generan muchísimo ruido y, por la ubicación junto a una intersección, se percibe el tráfico exterior, especialmente motos y pitos. Entendemos las posibles limitaciones de un edificio antiguo en Roma, pero sería muy útil que el anuncio aclarara que el aire acondicionado es mediante unidades portátiles. Algunos elementos del baño y la ducha también podrían actualizarse.

I would like to highlight the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts, who were always available from the moment we made the booking. The flat is located in a typical Roman apartment block, overlooking a large courtyard filled with plants and trees. It has very high ceilings and spacious rooms. It is fully equipped and equiped with all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable. A tube station, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. A great place to stay in Rome.
The location near a busy road means that traffic noise is quite loud at night. It would be a good idea to replace the windows. It would also be great to have a dishwasher.

Casa pulita, spaziosa ed accogliente. I ragazzi che ci hanno accolto sono stati molto gentili. Non manca veramente nulla! Comoda per i mezzi (metro, tram, autobus), supermercato e ristoranti.
