The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff very friendly. The location was very convenient too.
The only complaint is that at one of the nights, there was a party at the hotel bar and it was too noisy for us to get any sleep until 5am (the people cleaning after the party were noisy too). Our room was directly above the bar at the 4th floor. We had to get up early in the morning for our tour, so having a bad night sleep was specially annoying

Ótima localização, a 10 minutos de caminhada do centro. Instalações modernas, restaurante de qualidade no hotel, possibilidade de utilizar as comodidades do complexo Sheraton. Cordialidade dos funcionários. E uma surpresa bônus: refil do excelente vinho Huentala, fabricado pelo grupo do hotel Hualta. São 8 tipos de vinho (4 brancos e 4 tintos) para consumir à vontade na recepção do hotel.
Algumas horas após fazer o checkout e pagar com meu cartão de crédito, recebi uma notificação do meu banco que tentaram fazer uma compra com o mesmo cartão no Hotel Hualta. Não sei o que houve, mas por segurança tive de bloquear imediatamente meu cartão. Esta situação foi constragedora. Gostaria que fosse investigado. Será que foi alguém do hote, ou foi um criminoso com acesso aos dados do meu cartão logo após eu ter pago as diárias do hotel.

Adoramos nossa estadia, o quarto é muito confortável, hotel lindo, café da manhã muito bom também. O staff foi cordial e o hotel está muito bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé.
Não tenho nenhuma ressalva, estava tudo ótimo!

No me agradó la atención al cliente de recepción. Pocas recomendaciones, facilidades y un tanto desatentos. Lo lindo del hotel se podría acompañar con más sonrisas.
