The decorations were unique. The host was lovely. My partner found the bed slightly uncomfortable as he is tall but I found it fine. Well equipped apartment..

Lovely and spacious extremely well equipped the hosts have thought of everything We arrived late and in the dark. Matt met us and showed us where to park very helpful. Great spot gorgeous place would stay again and recommend

Cleanliness, nice location, not too far from the high road, near to the beach and Butlins Park.

The facilities were excellent .The decor was excellent. The sofas and beds were really comfortable The boudoir theme was tremendous I felt like I was waking in New Orleans! The owners have worked really hard to make sure your stay is an unforgettable wonderful experience Make sure you visit their restaurant Cafe Grey just down the road.The food and service is another unforgettable experience

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay any longer I will book a longer visit next time

The Boudoir interior was superb, with a high spec fit out and wonderful attention to luxurious detail. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel very welcome. The little touches, chocolates and juice in the fridge, all added to the great experience. I would recommend a stay here, a fantastic escape to the seaside and all that lovely Felpham has to offer.

A brighter bedside table lamp would have been helpful.
