Excellent location, but needed to use taxis so transport would be beneficial. Really well equiped this property had everthing you could need.

Trés belle petite maison décorée avec goût et belle terrasse entourée de plantes avec vue panoramique et vue mer dans le lointain. Pas de vis-à-vis . C'est la campagne . Cuisine très bien équipée. Bonne literie. Très propre. Wifi fonctionne bien. Les déplacements sur l'île en taxis sont très bon marché : 5 euros pour se rendre au port de Lipsi. La plage la plus proche Katsadia est à 5 mn à pied à l'aller, comptez 10 mn au retour car la pente est très forte. La petite église sur le chemin est superbe , n'hésitez pas à la visiter. Les chaussures plastiques pour aller dans l'eau sont indispensables car beaucoup de galets sur les plages,
Sur le port de Lipsi très belle boulangerie et nous avons apprécié le restaurant Kalypso avant de reprendre le bateau.
L'accueil loupé. Les propriétaires ont oublié de nous préciser qu'il n'y aurait personne à notre arrivée et que la clé était sur la porte. Echanges par what's app compliqués car pas réactif dans l'instant. Le fonctionnement de la climatisation n'est pas détaillée : il faut savoir que si la personne qui dort dans la chambre garde la fenêtre ouverte sans climatisation alors que celle qui dort dans le salon en a besoin , ce n'est pas possible: les détecteurs de fermeture des fenêtres sont sur un seul circuit électrique. Il manque une petite lampe près du lit canapé .

Sweet little cottage just above one of best beaches on island. Shady terrace, soothing decor. Loved having coffee on the terrace in front and the breeze wafting through the shutters. The owner's mother did the housekeeping and would bring us eggs from her chickens. The place is outside the town so very quiet and easy to get in and out to go to the beaches. Very laid back, easygoing island.
Kitchen needed a larger cutting board if you were going to cook.
