El alojamiento es precioso y comodisimo. Muy buena ubicación, en un buen barrio y a 10 minutos de dos líneas de metro. Buenos sitios para desayunar por la zona. La cama muy cómodas
Me ha faltado un poco más de gel de baño, ya que era en sobres. Y por poner alguna pega más, un par de cápsulas de café más y sal para cuando se cocine nunca viene mal.

Self check in was handy but 2 doors with locks to get in was a bit uncomfortable as there is no light in the hall.
Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the stay that could have been better. To begin with, the bathroom was not as clean as expected and could definitely have benefited from more attention.
The window blinds also didn’t seem to close properly, which was particularly inconvenient given that there is construction taking place directly outside.
We also couldn’t find any instructions on how to turn on the central air conditioning, so we had to rely on the fan, which made the room quite uncomfortable in the heat.
Finally, only one coffee capsule was provided. However, the water tank in the coffee machine did not appear to be very clean, so we ultimately decided not to use it.
Overall, a little more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest instructions would make the experience much more comfortable.

La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está cerca del centro financiero, alejado del bullicio, pero con opción de coger metro a pocos metros o ir caminando al centro unos 30 minutos.
El alojamiento está correctamente equipado.
La comunicación con Paolo fue muy sencilla y responde rápido.
La iluminación del apartamento, ya que da a un patio interior.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero hay ventilador, y no obstante, estando todo apagado, sonaba un ruido toda la noche. No sabemos si era un extractor o el qué, ya que no había interruptores.
Habría que mejorar el estado de las toallas y las sábanas.

Good location, clean, as shown in the pictures
The property is advertised as having air conditioning, however it was not working. From reading previous reviews, it looks like it hadn’t been working for a long time - therefore should not be advertised as having a/c.
