The position to the railway station and town. Good facilities
No toilet roll holder. No full length mirror. The people above the front bedroom moving around at night. Full refuse bin outside front door.

CLEAN, quite modern and well maintained facilities made for a comfortable stay. Good sized rooms.
5 mins walk to train station, 5-15 mins walk to all major attractions. 5 mins to Sainsburys.

Helpful Host: The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Fantastic Location: Walking distance to almost everything in York, which made sightseeing effortless.
Clean & Well-Stocked: The interior of the flat was clean overall, and it was nice to have tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided.
Property Condition & Value: The flat appears much newer and higher quality in the photos than it actually is, so it felt a bit overpriced for the current condition.
Bathroom Venting: There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and very little ventilation/airflow.
Outdoor Area: The patio table and chairs were dirty with bird droppings, rendering the outside space unusable for our stay
