Nice that it has the separate rooms from the bedroom makes it nicer than a hotel room the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed could relax on the sofa after going round the shops bed was comfy and apartment was lovey and warm ideal location for a walk into the centre

The decor was nice, it was clean and spacious
No sponges to wash up. Super warm @night even without heating. Doors didnt close properly so opening windows meant the doors were banging. No basic things like shampoo or salt and pepper (which i think is expected in an apartment). When we arrived the key wasnt in the lock box and they were about to fix the heating. Noone Informed us, we were waiting almost an hour. 4pm is already late check in. We asked for late checkout to make up for it and they said that its ok to check out at 11.30 but the cleaner let herself in at 11.10 so that wasnt great. Lots of potential though

The bed was like sleeping in a cloud, the flat was gorgeous, I loved the shower and bathroom, the washing machine worked wonders, clothes came out almost dry😂
The coffee machine my partner enjoyed.
Definitely stay here again, we miss it already.
No issues at all

Nice self contained studio flat with even a washing machine and washing powder. Great to be able to walk into city centre although they need to give you a better description on how to walk there. There is a shortcut through to Mickelgate which I would have liked them to inform me about (I figured it out myself)
They need to be clearer about the address on Booking.com
You can hear neighbours on top of you walking. When neighbours put their washing machine on the whole studio is vibrating. A bit complicated with the key box process, should be modernised.
