Arianna was so helpful and friendly. Willing to help or answer any questions even when we return to the Rome area. The condo was set up with many great small touches.
My only reason I couldn’t give it a full 10 is due to the noise from the subway that runs below the building. It was hot so we needed to sleep with the windows open hence extra noise. Otherwise it is wonderful place with a wonderful host.

Wonderful host! Arianna makes sure you’ll have a perfect stay. She not only picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, but she gave me suggestions for my 4 days there, which I followed to a tee and had an awesome stay.
Btw, Google Maps kept on telling me that the Colosseum was more than 2 hours away (by train) from her place. It’s max a quick 45 minutes. Her place is also close to anything you may need (train station, markets, beach, etc.)

Excellent property super clean and has everything you need for a break. The host is wonderful so helpful and kind. Generous with add ons like coffee soft drinks and so on. Highly recommend

From our very first message to the moment we said goodbye, we felt genuinely cared for! It didn’t feel like “just an apartment”- it felt like being welcomed by a dear friend!
Truly - this is the coziest apartment we’ve ever stayed in! Thoughtfully designed in soft turquoise tones - stylish, serene, and clearly put together with love! It had everything we could possibly need- even things we wouldn’t have thought of - so we never had to look for or buy anything extra.
On top of that, you went above and beyond to make us feel at home: clear, caring instructions and many great tips, a lovely gift of wine and fruit on our arrival, and invaluable help with our transfer to the airport! You even brought us delicious pastries for the road!
Thank you so, so much, Arianna. We really hope to stay at your beautiful place again!🤍
