The location is great - close to a Metromare station, shops and restaurants round the corner, 10 mins from the beach. Communication with the host was smooth. The apartment has central heating which is not that typical in Italy and very nice to have in colder parts of the year. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, as well as a drying rack which is handy.
The smaller bedroom is missing the door (yes, really - it seems to have been removed) and as it is next to the main door, you can hear everything that happens in the stairwell. The walls and floors are also very thin so it's in general quite a noisy place (the noise sometimes kept me up at night). The apartment has seen better days and a couple of things would help to make it feel less shabby (changing the scratched pans, putting batteries into lamps, changing the flushing).

Very close to the beach, train, and bus stations, and just a short 15-minute walk to the city center.
The rooms were lovely, clean, and the mattress was comfortable.
Suggestions for improvement:
The bathroom sink drains a bit slowly at times.
The front door is noisy, and the key does not turn smoothly.
It would be much more convenient if the AC unit didn't require manual emptying of the water tank.
Adding some wine glasses to the kitchen would be a wonderful touch.

Pokoje zadbane , przestronnie, ładne otoczenie.
Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni.
