Simon’s house was perfect for our family stay. It’s really homely, and had everything we needed with lots of really nice touches - lovely decor, kids toys, books, dog bowls and a bbq. The bed guard and baby gates were great for the little one so meant we could relax and didn’t have to worry about any accidents. We had a fantastic week and loved being walking distance from all the sights of Southwold. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to both the town centre and the beach and pier. The facilities in the house were superb; everything we needed was provided and we couldn't have asked for more. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well throughout our stay. Highly recommend! Garden was perfect for the dog to run around too.

The only improvement I would suggest is replacing the plastic shower tray with something more substantial and in keeping with the high quality and finish of the rest of the house.

Great location and beautiful modern interior with lots of facilities. Very comfortable and cool. A great place to come back to after a day out.
