Abbiamo appena terminato il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo 🤩
L’appartamento è comodo e ben accessoriato con un bellissimo terrazzo che è sicuramente il plus di questa soluzione, per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere dello splendido panorama. Il servizio piscina interno al residence è un valore aggiunto che ci ha permesso negli intermezzi di ritorno dal mare ci ha permesso di poter godere di uno spazio fantastico, ben curato e attrezzato e soprattutto privato e tranquillo. La vicinanza al meraviglioso parco naturale delle dune e alla zona commerciale di El Campanario ci hanno permesso di godere di momenti di relax a portata di mano.

Non è una critica ma solo un consiglio.
Il piano cottura ad induzione se fosse almeno a due fuochi invece che a uno sarebbe più pratico..ma si e’ in vacanza ed è una piccolezza su cui si può soprassedere 😉

Very nice 1st floor apartment, well appointed, in an ideally quiet location .
Big freshwater swimming pool for relaxing.
It has a comfortable terrace to the pool and magnificent southern views of the Dunes Park and Volcanos.
Few minutes by walking to Campanario shopping center and restaurants & less than 5 minutes by driving to the main beaches of La Olivia.
Definitely for coming back in future opportunities.

The apartment is in a lovely quiet location with a beautiful view, perhaps a little bit to far out of town for some.
We paid extra for cleaning, informed the cleaners would arrive but we never saw them,the wife washed and changed beds & towels etc.
We were staying for a month but missed an oven, difficult to cook with just one ring.
Wife bitten by mossies no mesh on some windows.
To minor things, sink plug doesn't seal and shower area needs a shelf.
