Well overall experience was good apart from few things.. Location to Taksim Square and Metro and all Restaurants.
Few bits
i.e No TV Channels (reported but no action), No microwave, No Iron, Broken Toilet Seat (Hence replaced but the new one came off the hinges)

It was a pleasant street with local people.
Close to Taxim square, just 5 min walk and Istikal street, shopping district of Istambul.
Wasn't annoyed by anything.

Its location is very close to all the attractions and easy reach to the main shopping street. Large comfy bed and the host made you feel very welcomed.
Air con worked very well lovely and cool when needed
Area is build on steep slopped street… but that is a lot of Istanbul so just if you don’t know that be warned getting around walking is not for the faint hearted..
Sadly I did book a balcony apartment, I do like morning coffee just sat outside taking in the cool air and also I don’t smoke so my friends have an area to smoke but the balcony apartment wasn’t available. Do wish I would have known as only booked because of balcony availability
Bathroom needed a little help on the mould side in the shower but nothing a bit of bleach didn’t solve.
Boiler in the apartment (literally just on the wall) in kitchen must service another apartment also so very bothersome especially when you hear it on and off making hot water for others at all hours… was very confusing to start with I thought we’d left the hot water tap running
No washing machine… sure I seen in pictures when booking… again maybe that’s the balcony apartment which we didn’t get
Overall a nice apartment. And workable for the 3 nights just have to lose a couple of points for small issues

Недалеко остановка автобуса в аэропорт.
Первое. Номер на верхнем этаже без лифта, лестница очень узкая. Хозяин сходу заявил, что чемоданы занести не поможет. Я вешу 45 кг и тащила чемодан ростом с меня, а он шел рядом с ключом, чтобы показать номер. Такой вот сервис.
Второе. Напротив магазин и маленькое кафе. До часу ночи минимум соседи на улице орут, едят, так что не мечтайте выспаться. Кроме того, район неблагополучный, по улице вечером разгуливают очень странные личности.
Третье. Номер заявлен как апартаменты с кухней. Плита не работает. Приборов на троих нет.
Ну и в заключение, хозяин неделю после нашего отъезда заваливает меня сообщениями в WhatsApp с просьбой поставить 10 баллов.
Нужно заниматься своим бизнесом и учитывать базовые потребности людей в чистоте и сервисе, тогда не придется выпрашивать 10 баллов, их поставят с удовольствием!
