Ładne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone. Mimo bliskości ruchliwej ulicy, w mieszkaniu było cicho. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dzielnicy rybackiej z fajnymi restauracjami. Sklep w tym samym budynku, piekarnia, kawiarnie w budynkach sąsiednich.
Niewielką niedogodnością był brak klimatyzacji, ale na wyposażeniu były wentylatory. Mimo dużej ilości miejsc parkingowych w pobliżu obiektu, trzeba było się trochę najeździć żeby znaleźć wolne miejsce. Na plus jest fakt, że zawsze znalazło się darmowe miejsce. Przydałoby się wyprać kanapę w salonie bo była już trochę brudna.

Buena ubicación y recién remodelado
No cuenta con estacionamiento en el edificio por lo cual no debería de tener la opción de parking en su perfil. Pedimos que nos dejaran cuna con más de un mes de anticipación y no se dejó. Sucio y cucharachas en varios sitios. Nos tocó la semana de fiesta por lo que fue imposible estacionarnos en la calle todas las noches.

La cocina excelente para compartir en familia , la amplitud , tener lavadora Y SECADORA , un mesón súper cómodo y un gran sofá fue una excelente recompensa ( después de haber estado en 7 diferentes cuartos de hotel o mini estudios durante nuestro viaje previo ). Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Se llega andando al Centro Botín y zona de ferries que es muy bonito.
Como Santander no es tan grande, escogimos esta ubicación de fácil parqueo por no ser tan céntrica (zona portuaria pero si cerca de la estación de tren) y al tener coche todo queda súper cerca. Sin embargo nos costaba mucho conseguir puesto de parking. En la planta baja del edificio y el ascensor había un olor muy fuerte a basura.

The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and well lit. The check in with Jilly was smooth.
BUT:
When we arrived at the building we immediately noticed multiple cockroaches, both dead and alive, at the entrance, on the floor and on the doormat.
We informed the host about the cockroaches and he told us he had had the apartment professionally cleaned before we arrived and that he did not receive any complaints during the month of August.
As we walked into the kitchen we immediately noticed some small cockroaches walking on the floor and hiding behind the dishwasher. I informed both the host and booking.com and neither of them was helpful. They kept insisting I should send a video of a live cockroach before I could leave the apartment and request a reimbursement.
I consider this to be unacceptable behavior on several grounds:
1) it is common knowledge that if an apartment has cockroaches infestation, even after professional pest control it usually takes 1 or 2 weeks for all the insects to die. In that period you should not rent out the apartment to tourist, or at the very least you should inform them of the risk. Neither was the case.
2) I was genuinely scared of the insects and the possibility of them to get into my personal belongings and luggages as I had experienced an infestation before. Despite this, I had to ask and pray the host and booking.com multiple times before I was finally allowed, at 9pm, to leave the apartment and receive a reimbursement.
All in all, I would not recommend staying at this property until the infestation has been fully resolved.
