Страхотно местоположение! Домакинът беше изключително любезен и поддържаше постоянна връзка с нас през целия ни престой. СПА центърът и басейните са чисти, добре поддържани и много приятни. В апартамента има всичко необходимо за едно семейство, дори и за по-дълъг престой. Чувствахме се много комфортно и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!
Единственото, което бихме препоръчали като малко подобрение, е да има повече място за съхранение на лични вещи и дрехи, особено при по-дълъг престой. Като цяло обаче всичко беше на много добро ниво и престоят ни беше чудесен.

We had a very relaxing stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the little outside terrace. Check-in through the hotel reception was a breeze, there is ample parking available and the other guests in the resort helped to create a good vibe. The owner is very responsive. We spend most of our time in the pools and spa. There is a big indoor pool with a nice warm temperature. It was not very busy and staff were fine with the children splashing around a bit when they had the pool to themselves. We wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately someone else had already booked this great place!

The host was magnificent. She sent us a detailed overview and instructions for everything, was very responsive. The apartment was very tidy, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious, with great parking. The spa is located in another building (which we knew), about 100 meters from our apt, and it was easy to enter, and was overall very very good. Considering the increasing prices overall in Bansko, this option was excellent, and we will definitely come back.
