Good location, easy to get to Bansko
Poor quality doors and windows, can feel the cold air coming inside. Very poor quality mattresses for individual beds, you can feel the metal springs on your back. Leaking sanitary installation in the bathroom. Leaking shower cabin. The only heating source is an air conditioning unit.
